30-Day Happiness Guarantee and Return Policy
If, within 30 days after receiving your merchandise you don't like what you picked, here are some flexible options:
NO RESTOCKING FEES FOR STOCKED ITEMS!
Stocked items are items we stock in our warehouse and are EXACTLY as shown in our showroom. Return these items for a full refund of your merchandise total plus tax. Delivery fees to and from your home are non-refundable.
If you reselect new merchandise, we will waive the pick-up charge. New delivery charges will apply to your reselection. For mattress returns, see Mattress Comfort Exchange Policy below.
RETURNS OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, WEB ITEMS, OR CLEARANCE
Special-order items are those not stocked in our warehouse and/or items not exactly as shown in our showroom. Return these items for a full refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Delivery fees to and from your home are non-refundable.
For a one-time reselection, there is only a 10% reselection fee, and we waive the pick-up fee. New delivery charges will apply on your reselection. Reselections of lesser value will receive store credit for the difference.
Toss pillows, fabric yardage, mattress protectors and pillow, slip and arm covers are not returnable.
MATTRESS COMFORT EXCHANGES
Our mattresses are covered by a 30/90 comfort guarantee. You must sleep on your new mattress for 30 days, but return it within 90 days of receiving it. If you do this, you will receive a one-time reselect. The new mattress must be of equal or greater value- if your re-select is more expensive, you will pay the difference. If your reselected mattress is less expensive than your original, you will receive a store credit for the difference.
The old mattress must be free of stains and tears and must have the law labels still attached.
A $200 exchange fee will apply to all mattresses. If you do not want your one-time reselect and would prefer to return it, you may return it only within 90 days of receiving it, for a refund of the price of the mattress minus a 30% restocking fee.
Over 90 days, mattresses cannot be exchanged or returned. Adjustable power bases are not returnable.
Returned merchandise must be in its original, unmodified, undamaged condition with all its parts. If you picked up your merchandise and are returning it, it must be carefully wrapped to avoid damage.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of your merchandise being received back in our warehouse. For your security, we do not keep credit card information on file. We need that information to process the refund. In the event that you paid by check, debit card, or cash, you will be issued a check.
There are no returns or reselections after 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
