How To Get Your Furniture Home
Our furniture delivery service offers you the flexibility to choose what suits you best. With our comprehensive delivery options, we aim to make furnishing your space as seamless and stress-free as possible.
White-Glove Delivery
Most customers prefer our delivery service, where our team handles all the heavy lifting, assembly, and packaging removal. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, offering a flexible three-hour window. This service includes a one-year warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Warehouse Pick-Up
You can pick up any furniture for free at our Mine Hill warehouse, open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Please give one day’s notice by calling (973) 927-7100. We’ll assemble your furniture at no extra charge. For any post-pickup service, you’ll need to return the furniture to the warehouse for service or arrange for in-home service at a fee.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders of in-stock furniture placed by 2pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are eligible for same-day, white-glove delivery. No need to wait! Delivery FAQs
The following towns qualify for same-day delivery: Allamuchy, Brookside, Budd Lake, Cedar Knolls, Chester, Denville, Dover, Flanders, Hackettstown, Hopatcong, Ironia, Kenvil, Landing, Lake Hopatcong, Ledgewood, Long Valley, Mine Hill, Mendham, Morristown, Morris Plains, Mountain Lakes, Mount Arlington, Netcong, Parsippany, Randolph, Rockaway, Roxbury, Stanhope, Succasunna, Wharton and Whippany.
Preparing for your delivery:
- Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
- Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
- Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.
During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.
You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.
Preparing for pickup:
- Call our Customer Service Department to confirm that your furniture is ready for pick up.
- Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture. - Pack straps and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure its safe ride home.Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.
Any person picking up a purchase must present a copy of the enclosed invoice and a photo ID, and either be listed or authorized on the invoice. If the person picking up is not listed on the invoice, please call our Customer Service Department.
All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the pick up date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
While you’re picking up: Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the team member assisting you.
Orders place online will have any applicable delivery charges listed at checkout if the option for Delivery is chosen.
Some delivery options available in store are not available for online orders.
