Very professional sales people who are always ready to assist you when you walk through Suburban Furniture's Doors. To date I have purchased three rooms of furniture which consists of couches, rugs, chairs, cocktail tables, wall hangings, etc. I continue going back because of the quality of each purchase and pricing. I also had a consultant and salesman come to my house and advise me what pieces I should purchase by measuring each room. The sales person I work with to assist me in my purchases has been Michael Weiss. He is thoroughly knowledgeable as a salesmen for Suburban. They are very fortunate to have him on their staff. Have to comment on salesperson Lynn. Right from the start, she was so helpful. She carefully listened to what we were looking for and showed us options for our living room. She was knowledgeable about your products and what would look well together to meet our needs. The store has a nice selection and good products. We met Debi Weinstein over a year ago when my husband and I stopped in to browse. We were not ready to purchase at that time, but Debi took time to show us what Suburban Furniture had to offer. I was impressed not only in the furniture available in the store, but impressed by Debi’s friendly nature and willingness to show us around. Fast forward a year later and we were ready to shop for new family room, living room, and bedroom furniture. We made an appointment with Debi. Furniture shopping can be a daunting experience, but Debi made it easy. She teamed up with another consultant, Ali, and we began the process. After listening to us describe what we were looking for, they presented choices of furniture pieces, along with colors and patterns in fabrics that really made the process easy!!We have finished one room and are ready to meet again!! We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Suburban Furniture, Debi, and Ali.

10/10 best services and amazing greeters too!! The associate we had named David was such a kind gentleman and managed to help us find our perfect couch, and the best part was that he made us feel very important and even had a nice finesse of his funny side. I 100% recommend people to shop there for furniture. Some items have a great sale price for the perfect size and comfort of couches, beds, recliners, and tables!!

Love, love the quality of my sectional! Scott (sales) and Ally (designer) came out to my house, measured my space and designed my room for me. They were nice and professional. Delivered sectional as promised within the timeframe given. Delivered men were also nice, friendly and arrived in the given window. Would definitely recommend them,

My family growing up has bought furniture with Suburban for years! When the time came to purchase a new bed frame for my new home we went to Suburban and were not disappointed, they had a great selection, and we found the perfect unique oak bed! Michael was the best to work with and honestly answered all of our questions! He was very knowledgeable and so kind to us. We will sure to be working with Michael and Suburban again!

I have been in the store a dozen times. The sales person, Nick, has been so patient and helpful. I still haven’t made a purchase because I’m undecided about colors and material. The quality of the products is what I like in addition to the service.So I finally decided on a sofa. Choosing the color was a team effort between me and Nick. I had fun working with him and will be back for the ottoman. Oh, and the sofa is so comfy!!!

We recently bought a sectional at Suburban and had a great experience. Debi W. was our salesperson and she couldn’t have been better. She gave us space to look around the store. After we picked two sectionals that we liked, she helped to highlight the differences and customizing options for both of them. At no point did I feel like she was trying to upsell us on custom options or push us towards a more expensive couch. She priced out several options for the two that we liked and let us decided for ourselves on what we wanted. She also suggested that we look ant pictures on our phone of the area rug and curtains that will be close to the couch to make sure the color and pillow patterns would work well. Overall a great salesperson and a terrific experience. We’ve bought several pieces of furniture at Suburban over the past 10+ years and we keep going back. Good prices, quality furniture, and friendly/helpful salespeople.

Ali was really helpful. She helped me find a reclining loveseat that was both great quality and within my budget. She could not have been nicer and her service will encourage me to shop there in the future. The delivery was also very easy. They showed up during the scheduled window and were in and out in very little time (despite having to haul it up two flights of stairs). The whole experience was wonderful! Thank you.

Update- It’s now several years later and I went back again to purchase an item for my girlfriends birthday (though I will hold back what the item is in case she sees this review). The sales associate, Lynn, who helped me could not have been nicer and really made me feel confident with my selection of item and finishing touches (fabric, color, etc). I will undoubtedly be back every time I am considering any future home furnishing purchases as their service and quality is consistently above and beyond. As a side note- the item from my previous experience has held up tremendously well and is one of my favorite things I own.

My home recliner is broken. I came to suburban furniture in search of a new recliner trying to match the existing Burgundy set of furniture. Scott assisted us in attempting to look for the right color, but there weren’t any in that shade. We were getting set to take a swatch home of one that may be ordered in burgundy, and while waiting we found a deep brown recliner that matched our burgundy set. So instead we bought the brown recliner. It will be delivered next week. Thank you Scott and suburban furniture!

A large selection of furniture with some really beautiful solid wood, American made, pieces in the back. Two levels with lots to choose from. The store is clean and the employees are super friendly — attentive without breathing down your neck. They give you space to look around and are there if you have questions. Great experience so far— we are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely be coming back for more furniture. Can’t wait for them to come in!

I love shopping at Suburban so much I drove 2 hours to shop there! I recently moved and was looking for a specific chair I had purchased years ago at the store. I called and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Once in the store, Debi had pre selected items similar for us to look at, Debi really listened to our needs and did her homework. She was patient and guided us to choose a fabric selection, of which there were many. Debi considered our style, looked at photos of other pieces in the room and even looked up the paint colors on the walls, not many people take the time to do that. Debi has a great eye for design and knows her product! Definitely 5 star service.

We’ve been customers of Suburban Furniture for over 20 years and our recent experience just reinforces why we keep returning: excellent customer service, helpful sales people, and an extensive selection from which to choose. Due to a defect, we had to replace our sectional much sooner than anticipated and the customer service manager, Gene, went above and beyond from the moment I first contacted Suburban about the issue. Our salesperson, Fernando, was friendly and patient as we made our selection. I highly recommend Suburban Furniture.

I was greeted warmly and helped by Margot. I had driven to Suburban Furniture for a particular mattress, even though the store is about a half-hour from where I live. Margot was informative and pleasant, giving me ample time to lay on various mattresses to compare them. She explained differences of several mattresses to me and did not pressure me at all. ended up getting a different mattress from the one I thought I had wanted. I especially liked that I was provided with a pillow of preferred "fill" along with a disposable cover for the pillow. Upon purchasing, I also received a bedding gift to take home and two separate sales people approached me to see if I needed help getting it to my car. It was such a nice experience I will go there for future furniture needs.

I had a challenge when decorating my basement. The room is narrow, long and the ceiling is a bit low. Oh, and there is a support column in the middle of the room. Fernando (sales) and Ali (design) were great! They came to our home to get a better feel for the space. Ali came up with some design options. She was working around the the ottoman we fell in love with at the store (and it has wheels!). Together we chose a long sofa from England furniture with snugglers on either end. Suburban offers such variety. I stopped looking elsewhere, because I always find myself back at Suburban for the selection and people. Just bought a new bed there...I will post when it comes in. I had an amazing experience shopping at Suburban Furniture in Succasunna last night. I came browsing for couches and Lynn was amazing. She came over greet us and ask some questions to figure out what I was looking for, and then showed me a wide selection of couches that were very fitting to me. She was extremely personable, and was very informative on the different specs and quality of couches I was looking at. Lynn provided me a wide variety of options and gave very good advice on certain aspects to look for, especially as a renter. I appreciated her help and feedback, and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I ended up finding a couch for a great deal, and am so happy with my purchase. I left extremely excited for my new furniture, and would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I would absolutely go back there in the future if I ever need any other furniture! If you’re going to Suburban, make sure you ask for Lynn!
