Delivery Information
- Purchases must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.
- Our independent delivery service will assign a four hour delivery window a day or two before your scheduled delivery. You can arrange a special two hour window of your choice between 9am and 5pm for an additional $75
- Please have the areas in your home free and clear of obstructions. We cannot move or remove old furniture.
- Merchandise requiring special handling (hoisting, disassembly, multi-story walk-ups, etc.) will be subject to an additional charge.
Pick-Up Information
- Purchases must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.
- Customers must call 1 hour before pick-up and bring yellow receipt to the warehouse. All pick-ups are at the Randolph warehouse.
- Customer is responsible for bringing all tie down materials (rope, twine,blankets,etc.)
- Merchandise must be inspected at the time of pick-up. We cannot be responsible for damage to your vehicle or merchandise once you leave our facility.
- If service is required, merchandise must be returned to the warehouse by the customer.
Order Information
- Please give careful consideration when making your selection. Cancellation, refusal of delivery, or return of merchandise is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the total sale.
- All floor sample, clearance and warehouse sale merchandise is sold in "As Is" condition and is non-cancelable, without warranty, and must be picked up or delivered within 7 days of purchase.
- Non-cancelable merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We will attempt to estimate the date of arrival of your order, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to manufacturing and shipping problems beyond our control.
Customer Service
- Merchandise is warranted under normal usage to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
- After one year, parts covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be supplied to the customer at no charge. The customer will pay for labor after the one year warranty period has expired.
- Repair or replacement is at the manufacturer's option.
- There is no guarantee on any fabric against wear, pilling, color fastness, soiling or abnormal use.

Miscellaneous
- All sales are subject to approval by management. Once approved, all sales are final. This sales agreement may not be changed orally. Any deposits left over one year are automatically forfeited. All sales are subject to the current policies and conditions of sale. Refunds are processed through the main office and take three weeks for a check to be issued or credited to charge account.
- When moving furniture, lift and place it; sliding it may damage floor coverings.
